Greg Bos
Certified Master Inspector (CMI)®
Greg Bos is the owner and inspector of Bos Inspections. A Certified Master Inspector (CMI)®, he combines more than 30 years of construction experience with a practical approach to evaluating homes. His goal is to explain the findings clearly so you understand what deserves attention and can decide how to proceed.
From Construction Specialist to Home Inspection Expert
Before he took the jump and started inspecting homes professionally, Greg worked in the construction industry for over 30 years. There’s no real substitute for the hands-on knowledge a builder acquires, and when you’ve worked on as many structures as Greg, you’ve seen just about everything a home can throw at you. That’s what makes Greg such a natural fit as a home inspector, and with his rigorous inspection certification training on top of his construction experience, you can trust that Greg will conduct a home inspection that is truly impressive in both quality and scope.
A Home Inspector Who Believes in You and Backs Your Goals
You can expect straightforward communication, respect for your time and an inspector who takes your questions seriously. Greg explains the findings in practical terms and helps you understand the report.
Every home-buyer can benefit from seeing a home’s deficiencies in order to understand them better—we invite every client to show up on-site towards the end of the inspection for a full walkthrough to discuss all aspects of the property.
We believe in your ability to invest successfully, but we understand how hard it is to get to that point—that’s why we dedicate ourselves to answering every question that we possibly can, remaining available over the phone for many months after an inspection.
When he’s not inspecting homes, Greg enjoys going golfing, skiing, fishing, and hunting. Greg also loves to travel whenever time and opportunity permits.
